Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kingdom Ventures LLC, a provider of financial coaching, business education, and digital training products (“Company”), and the individual or entity registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”).
1. Affiliate Participation
Affiliates must be 18 years or older and maintain a valid email address and payment method. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any application.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a commission for each qualifying purchase made through their unique referral link, as follows:
40% on digital products (eBooks, courses)
50% on general admission coaching packages or subscriptions only
Payouts will be made on a 31-day basis, via [PayPal, ACH, etc.]
Note: Commissions are only paid on non-refunded transactions. There is a [30-day] hold on payouts to accommodate refunds or chargebacks.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The Affiliate agrees not to:
Use false, misleading, or deceptive claims in promotion
Offer discounts, bonuses, or incentives not authorized by the Company
Impersonate the Company, or use “official” logos without permission
Promote in spammy ways (mass unsolicited emails, fake reviews, etc.)
Make income guarantees or violate FTC disclosure guidelines
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
4. Affiliate Disclosure Requirement
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they receive compensation for referrals in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
Sample Disclosure:
“As an affiliate, I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. I only promote products I believe in.”
5. Tracking and Attribution
Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies. The Company is not responsible for inaccurate tracking due to user settings, cookie clearing, browser limitations, or affiliate error.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Commissions owed at the time of termination will be paid out on the next payment cycle, provided no fraud or refund has occurred.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Affiliate Program. You agree to participate at your own risk.
8. Modifications
The Company may modify this agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Independent Contractor
The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By joining the program and promoting our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above.
