1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

2. Online Courses / Workshops

You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not yet accessed or logged into the course portal. After that, all sales are final. This will only include general admission purchases on applicable courses/workshops. Information will be provided in emails and on the website before and at the time of purchase.

3. Consulting Sessions / Coaching Calls

One-on-one sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for missed or last-minute cancellations.

4. Membership or Subscription Services

If your subscription includes ongoing access to content or coaching, you may cancel at any time. Refunds are not issued for partial periods.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback or refund request that violates our clearly stated terms. Abuse of our refund policy will result in account termination.
